gCore is currently in Alpha development and its releases are primarily for adoption within the existing community of gCube developers. Whilst in this phase, it is available solely as a SVN checkout [1]. Starting from the first Beta release, the distribution will be packaged for download and development releases made available. Branching will begin with Stable releases, with bug-fixing and support for the last two releases.
