gCore is currently in Alpha development and its releases are primarily for adoption within the existing community of gCube developers. Whilst in this phase, it is available solely as a SVN checkout [1]. Starting from the first Beta release, the distribution will be packaged for binary and source downloads and the development releases will be made available. Branching will begin with Stable releases, with bug-fixing and support for the last two releases.
